Free shipping within Australia is available on all purchases valued at $99 or over and is valid for Australian standard ground shipping within the Australian mainland and Tasmania.
All orders will be shipped via Australia Post eParcel.

Orders should be received within 2-7 working days; however, rural addresses may face slightly longer delivery times.

What happens if my items get lost in transit?
Please contact Australia Post on 13 76 78 and quote your tracking number that was sent to you in your shipment confirmation email. If the carrier can’t locate your items, contact our friendly support team at hello@chimmychurry.com.au and they will lodge an enquiry on your behalf.
